Personal Emergency Response System

Alliance Medical is pleased to offer Lifeline, a personal response system designed for individuals who live alone or may require emergency medical care.  Should help be needed, simply pressing a button will prompt the Lifeline unit to contact the appropriate resources. Through the personal help system with Lifeline, emergency response services are available 24hours a day, with only the push of a button!

Simple Steps to Use Lifeline:

  • Summon Help:   When you need help, just press your Personal Help button, which activates the CarePartner Communicator.
  • Professional Intervention:   Your CarePartner Communicator then dials the Lifeline Response Center and establishes two-way voice communication.
  • Personal Response:   Quicly, a Lifeline Associate accesses your profile and assesses the situation.
  • Closed Loop:   The Associate then contacts a neighbor, loved one, or emergency services, based on your specific need.  The Lifeline Response Associate will follow up to ensure that help arrived.
